How We Prep for Large-Scale Shoots
Successful event coverage doesn’t happen by accident — it’s all about preparation and precision. For larger productions like galas, corporate activations, or multi-day expos, we start well before the first guest walks in.
Our pre-production process includes:
- Venue walk-throughs to understand lighting, angles, and logistics
- Client consultations to grasp key moments, branding goals, and shot lists
- Team coordination to assign photographers, videographers, and editors specific roles
- Gear mapping, ensuring we have the right equipment (and backups) for every scenario
