Our team has extensive experience working in venues throughout Miami, Coral Gables, and the South Florida region.
Can you customize stage size and lighting design to fit our venue and event theme?
Absolutely. All of our staging and lighting setups are fully customizable to match your space, branding, and overall vision. We design platform stages, runways, truss systems, and lighting schemes that complement your event’s layout and theme, whether it’s a sleek corporate environment or a high-energy performance space.
What’s included in your event staging and lighting packages?
Our packages are tailored to your event but can include staging platforms, risers, trussing, backdrops, pipe and drape, up lighting, spotlighting, color washes, LED lighting systems, and full DMX control. We also offer integrated AV services and video walls for a complete production solution.
How far in advance should we book staging and lighting services?
o ensure availability and allow for proper planning, we recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks in advance. For larger or more complex productions, even more lead time is ideal. That said, we understand that timelines can vary, and we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.
Do you provide staging and lighting services throughout South Florida?
Yes, we proudly serve clients across Coral Gables, Miami, Brickell, Doral, Miami Beach, and the greater South Florida area. Our team is mobile and experienced in working with a wide range of venues, from corporate meeting spaces and hotels to outdoor venues and performance halls.
